Our standard in-office check in is on an iPad. As part of our COVID-19 policy, we ask that all patients sign up for the patient portal and complete your paperwork and consent forms anytime prior to your appointment.
This is important to reduce your wait time in the lobby, maintain a limited lobby capacity, and ensure you can maintain social distancing with others.

First appointment
If you are new to our practice, we ask you to arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time, so that we may verify insurance coverage and so that you will have adequate time to fill out any remaining paperwork.
